š® Tacos Brotherās Food Truck Joins Three Magnets Brewing
Downtown Olympia's newest taco truck
If you love tacos, thereās a new downtown Olympia spot thatās hard to beat ā especially if you like pairing your meal with a local craft beer.

Tacos Brotherās, a popular local Mexican food truck, has officially set up shop outside Three Magnets Brewing on Franklin Street. Theyāre now open daily from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., serving up the same authentic flavors that built their loyal following on Martin Way, just with a more central, walkable location.
š® Birria, Breakfast, and Beyond
At the heart of the menu is their signature birria tacos, rich, slow-cooked beef stew folded into crispy tortillas and served with a cup of savory consommĆ© for dipping. But the lineup doesnāt stop there. Youāll find all the classics:
šÆ Burritos and breakfast wraps
š® Street tacos loaded with fresh toppings
š§ Quesadillas and tortas
š„¤ Mexican sodas and aguas frescas
Itās comfort food done right, bold, flavorful, and cooked with care.
šŗ The Perfect Pairing
The new location makes perfect sense. Three Magnets is one of Olympiaās most recognized breweries, known for its rotating selection of craft beers and community-focused vibe.
Now, with Tacos Brotherās parked right outside, visitors can grab a cold pint of Local Orbit IPA or a Self Care non-alcoholic brew and enjoy some of the best tacos in town, all in one stop.
š A Growing Downtown Scene
Downtown Olympia continues to evolve with more local collaborations like this one, giving residents and visitors new reasons to explore the city center.
Whether youāre out for lunch, an early dinner, or a casual evening with friends, this Tacos + Beer combo is shaping up to be a new go-to for South Sound food lovers.
