Radnor's Brought Its Smash Burgers to Downtown Puyallup

One of the South Sound's most talked-about burger spots now has a Puyallup outpost.

Radnor's Burgers & Beignets opened a second location at Firemind Brewing, 211 W Stewart Ave in downtown Puyallup. The setup is a food trailer parked at the brewery, which means you order the burger outside and take it in to a table with a beer in front of you.
The original Radnor's has been serving Edison Square and South Tacoma Way since 2024 at 5415 S Tacoma Way. It built its reputation on the thin, crispy-edged smash burger and the beignets that give the place the second half of its name. Chef Lewis Mageo runs the kitchen.
"We are just really excited to be joining a vibrant, Puyallup business district," said Isaac Miller, president of Radnor's affiliate Theory Real Estate.
The pairing makes sense. Firemind Brewing has been building a following in downtown Puyallup, and a resident burger trailer turns a taproom visit into a full dinner. It's the kind of arrangement that's become common in the PNW and works well for both sides the brewery gets a food program without running a kitchen, and the burger spot gets a built-in room.

Real estate note: Downtown Puyallup has been quietly assembling the pieces of a walkable food-and-drink district for a few years now.
the brewery, the restaurants along Meridian, the farmers market. Independent operators choosing to open second locations here instead of expanding north toward Tacoma is a meaningful signal about where the foot traffic is going.
