A new restaurant called Bottega is officially on its way to the 640 Building, located just off the park.

Bottega is a new concept by Rick Nelsen, the founder of Ricardo’s Restaurant, a longtime staple in Lacey known for steaks and upscale dining.
This new spot will occupy roughly 5,600 square feet and is already moving forward with interior build-out.

While there’s no official opening date yet, plans are clearly progressing — and it's shaping up to be one of the more anticipated additions to the area.
