Meet Simply Edit Pro Studio:
Olympia-built software for real estate client prep
An Olympia developer built software that gives every real estate client a page made just for them
Dallen Taylor - Software Developer & Founder of Simply Edit Pro
Simply Edit Pro Studio, new software built by Olympia developer Dallen Taylor, is now live for real estate agents and teams. It does one thing and does it well: it turns the last-minute scramble of preparing for a client into a single, shareable web page, built for a specific buyer tour, listing appointment, or seller presentation. For a South Sound business, it is a notable launch, software made right here, now aimed at one of the largest industries in the region.
What it does
Here is the plain version, straight from the company:
Simply Edit Pro Studio is client preparation software for real estate agents and teams. Agents build one shareable client webpage for a buyer tour, listing appointment, or seller presentation, so every client meeting looks prepared, consistent, and made for that client.
Instead of a static PDF or a slide deck that looks like everyone else's, each client gets a clean page built for their moment:
A buyer tour page a client opens on their phone before a day of showings, with the homes and route laid out.
A listing appointment page that shows a seller the agent did their homework.
A seller presentation page that makes the whole pitch feel prepared and personal.
It is built mobile first, because that is where clients actually open things, and it works alongside the tools a team already uses, like a CRM, rather than replacing them.
Who is behind it
Simply Edit Pro Studio is built by Dallen Taylor, a 30-year-old Olympia software developer, number one top-selling author of The Content Deficit, and an award-winning video director. He is not a real estate agent, and he treats that as the advantage: he builds the tools, the agents bring the expertise.
He came to real estate honestly. His mom was an agent on the Aaron Thomas Home Team, so he grew up near enough to the work to see what it actually takes. These days you are more likely to find him working from a back booth at The Spar Cafe downtown than at an open house. He is building Studio in the open, alongside the same local team his mom once worked on, which keeps it honest: it has to hold up with real agents using it on real clients.
Why it exists

Ask Dallen what Studio is really for and he does not lead with features, he leads with a problem. Call it the scramble: the night-before rush to hand a client something, when there was never enough time to make it good, so even excellent agents end up handing over something generic. "Your materials should finally match your ability," is how he puts it. The belief underneath the whole product is simpler still: make every client feel like your only one.
