🌯 Lacey's Qdoba at Hogum Bay Town Center: What to Order This Fall

Lacey's only Qdoba sits off I-5 exit 111, and its fall dip menu runs through November 2.

Hogum Bay Town Center keeps filling in, and Qdoba has become one of its easy weeknight stops. The fast-casual Mexican chain opened its Lacey location at 2400 Marvin Rd NE last December, and it is still the only Qdoba in Lacey.

If you have not been, the setup is simple: build your own burrito, bowl, tacos, or nachos down the line, and queso is part of the deal. For fall, Qdoba added a Queso Fundido and churro chips with a chocolate dip, both running through November 2.

The bigger story is the neighborhood around it. Hogum Bay Town Center, just off I-5 at exit 111, was planned as a mixed-use hub, and it is growing into one. 23 Kitchens anchors it with pickleball and a restaurant, Super Chix serves chicken sandwiches and custard next door, a Gene Juarez salon shares Qdoba's building, and new apartments have gone up nearby. It is turning into a place you can park once and knock out dinner, a haircut, and a game.

If you eat there more than once, the Qdoba Rewards app is worth the download. You earn a point per dollar, 125 points gets you a free entree, and new members get free chips and queso with an entree.

Real estate note: the Hogum Bay and Marvin Road area is one of the fastest-changing corners of Lacey. New apartments, new restaurants, and quick I-5 access are drawing commuters who want to be close to both Olympia and JBLM, and that steady growth is worth watching if you are thinking about buying in northeast Lacey.
