π Lacey's Free Haunted Night Market Takes Over the Lacey Depot Friday, October 16
Food, local makers, and live entertainment from 5 to 9 PM, with a season finale on October 30.

Lacey's Night Market is ending its season with two spooky Fridays. The first Haunted Night Market is this Friday, October 16, from 5 to 9 PM at the Lacey Depot.

The setup is what makes the night market an easy Friday plan: food vendors, local artisans and small businesses, and live entertainment, all in one walkable spot. For October, the city is adding Halloween touches throughout, and costumes are welcome.
It is free to get in and open to all ages, which makes it a low-key way to get the kids in costume a couple of weeks before Halloween. Grab dinner from the vendors, shop a few local makers, and you are home before bedtime.
If this Friday does not work, mark your calendar for the season finale on Friday, October 30, same time and same place.
Details:
When: Friday, October 16, 5 to 9 PM (season finale Friday, October 30)
Where: Lacey Depot, 5555 Pacific Ave SE, Lacey
Cost: free, all ages
What to expect: food vendors, local artisans, live entertainment, and Halloween themes
Real estate note: the city has been investing in places for neighbors to gather, from the Depot to the new Greg Cuoio Park. That kind of community calendar is a big part of why Lacey keeps landing on the list for families who want a hometown feel close to Olympia and JBLM.
