π€ Juke Garden Is Bringing Cocktails, DJs, and a Private Karaoke Room to Tacoma's Hilltop
The new lounge in the former Hilltop A Go Go space is aiming for a November 7 soft opening.

Hilltop is about to get a new place to go out. Juke Garden, a Black-owned cocktail lounge and event space, is coming to 1016 Martin Luther King Jr Way, in the space that used to be Hilltop A Go Go.

Owner Andrew Green describes it as an elevated cocktail lounge and event space. He is building it with the Clubless Collective team, and the plans include a dance floor, a raised DJ platform, lounge seating, and a private karaoke room. The bar will pour cocktails, zero-proof drinks, and three-cocktail flights.
The weekly lineup is the fun part. Fridays are for karaoke, Saturdays bring DJ and artist sets that get recorded on video, and Sundays are free community nights. The whole venue can also be rented out early in the week, and the karaoke room can be booked any night.
Green is aiming for a soft opening on November 7. Juke Garden is 21 and over, and hours and a full drink menu have not been announced yet, so watch @jukegarden on Instagram for the official date.
