🍳 “Glowies” Bringing a New Breakfast Vibe to Downtown Olympia

If you live in Olympia, keep an eye on Fourth Avenue, there’s a brand-new breakfast spot on the way that’s already turning heads.

Glowies is getting ready to open in the former New Moon Café space, bringing a fresh and creative take on breakfast sandwiches to downtown.

🥯 What’s on the Menu

The early menu has locals buzzing. You’ll find classic choices like bacon, sausage, or egg and cheese sandwiches, but also some bold, original creations, including one with fried spam, crispy rice cake, nori, and sesame mayo.

Each sandwich comes on a house-made brioche bun, with your choice of kewpie or chipotle mayo for a little extra flavor kick.

It’s the kind of fun, flavor-driven concept that fits perfectly with Olympia’s growing food scene, playful, high-quality, and proudly local.

🧱 Remodel in Progress

Renovations are already underway inside the old café space, and the new owners have been teasing updates on their social media pages. No official opening date yet, but from what’s been shared, it looks like the space is getting a full refresh with a bright, inviting design to match the name.

Once open, Glowies will join a strong lineup of locally owned downtown eateries, continuing Olympia’s streak of creative new restaurants in 2025.
