Located at 4242 Capitol Blvd S, Suite 111, this upcoming establishment aims to offer a unique dining experience that caters to both casual coffee enthusiasts and fine dining.

The name "Bar C’est L’eau," translating to "It’s the Water," pays homage to Tumwater's historical connection to the brewing industry and its renowned artesian wells. The bistro is the brainchild of co-owners Laura Hallett and Chef Joe Rumberger, who also operates the popular Bastard Pies at the same location. Their previous venture, a Belgian-style pop-up, received an enthusiastic response, inspiring them to establish a permanent presence in the Craft District.

Bar C’est L’eau is envisioned as an all-day destination, serving as a bistro, bar, creperie, and coffee house.
