☕ Forza Coffee Expands in Olympia

Former Phoebe’s Pastry Café in West Olympia

Forza Coffee Company has officially taken over the beloved Phoebe’s Pastry Café at 1800 Cooper Point Road SW, bringing with it a fresh chapter for a spot already cherished by locals.

🍰 Honoring Phoebe’s Legacy

In a statement, Forza’s new owners emphasized that “the heart and soul of the café will remain,” while also expanding upon the foundation built by Phoebe and Dan Martinson. That means longtime favorites like dinner pies, quiches, giant cookies, and other house-made baked goods are making a comeback.

A brand-new cake decorator has also joined the team, promising to take the café’s decorative cake offerings to the next level.

🥐 A Cozy Café + Bistro Experience

The reimagined Forza isn’t just about coffee. The new space is positioning itself as both a welcoming coffeehouse and a bistro-style eatery. Expect a full food menu alongside the pastries, plus the return of several classic Forza menu items. Plans are also in the works to expand the dining area, giving guests more seating and an even better experience.
