Eternal Soul Bowl Expanding to Downtown Tacoma

If you’re in downtown Tacoma and love acai bowls, smoothies, or quick healthy options… there’s a new spot on the way.

Eternal Soul Bowl is opening a second location at 767 Market Street, taking over a former convenience store space and bringing a fresh, wellness-focused option into the heart of downtown.
🌿 From Farmers Markets to Brick-and-Mortar
Founder Jewel Randolph started Eternal Soul Bowl back in 2019, first serving customers at local farmers markets.
From there, the brand grew into a café location in Sumner, building a steady following of customers looking for nutrient-dense bowls, smoothies, and grab-and-go snacks.
Now, that same concept is expanding into Tacoma’s core — marking another example of a small business scaling thoughtfully within the South Sound.
🥣 What to Expect
The new downtown location will feature:
Acai bowls loaded with fresh fruit and toppings
Smoothies designed for energy and recovery
Grab-and-go snacks for busy downtown workers
A bright, clean aesthetic focused on health and balance
The emphasis remains on fueling customers with wholesome ingredients while maintaining a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere.
With more people living and working downtown than in previous years, the addition of a wellness-forward café fills an important niche — especially in a district dominated by coffee shops, bars, and sit-down restaurants.
📍 Why It Matters
Downtown Tacoma continues to evolve — not just with nightlife and redevelopment projects, but with everyday businesses that serve the growing residential and office population.
Eternal Soul Bowl’s expansion signals:
Confidence in downtown foot traffic
Continued small-business investment
A shift toward diversified food options
It’s another example of local entrepreneurs choosing to grow right here in the South Sound instead of expanding elsewhere first.
⏳ Opening Timeline
The projected opening is mid-to-late spring, though final construction timelines can always shift.
For now, it’s another “coming soon” sign that adds momentum to Tacoma’s ongoing downtown revitalization.
