Bobby's Burgers Set to Open at Muckleshoot Casino Resort in Auburn This Fall — the Brand's First Washington Location

A celebrity-chef burger brand is finally making its way to our corner of the country.

Bobby's Burgers by Bobby Flay is set to open at Muckleshoot Casino Resort in Auburn this fall, marking the brand's debut in the Pacific Northwest and its 11th location systemwide. Muckleshoot announced the deal back in December 2025.

Bobby's Burgers leans into Bobby Flay's signature high-end-comfort approach. Expect:

• The Bacon Crunchburger® — the signature

• The Nacho Burger

• The Veggie Burger — winning recipe from "Beat Bobby Flay"

• Made-from-scratch Buttermilk Onion Rings

• Sweet Potato Fries

• Spoon-bending milkshakes — Pistachio, Cookies & Cream, Dark Chocolate

"Bobby's Burgers offers a chef-driven menu that's both elevated and approachable," reads the press release. The signature tagline: "Crunchified®."

The new restaurant slots into what Muckleshoot already calls "the Biggest and Best in the Northwest" — a 157,000-square-foot casino floor with 3,400+ gaming machines, an 18-story hotel with 401 rooms, a rooftop steakhouse (Smoke & Cedar), a full-service spa, and a Caesars Sportsbook. Muckleshoot welcomes 25,000+ guests each week.

The resort is at 2402 Auburn Way S in Auburn — about 30 minutes north of Tacoma and about 30 minutes south of Seattle, putting it well within reach for South Sound diners.
