Vendors share a massive prep kitchen, walk-in fridges, dishwashing area, and a state-of-the-art Class 1 hood system. Each vendor gets a dedicated stall and prep space, making it an affordable option for new chefs and food truck owners looking to go brick-and-mortar.

🧱 Locally Built, Owner-Funded

This isn’t a corporate-backed development. The owners are doing much of the work themselves—installing equipment, handling permits, and partnering with local artists and vendors. That grassroots energy shows in every detail.
